On Friday, the Senate appointed a new secretary-general of the National Counter Corruption Commission: Preecha Lertkamolmas.
Lertkamolas was previously the deputy secretary-general of the NCCC. The decision to appoint Lertkamolas was virtually unanimous, 99 to 3. The 3 represents abstentions to the vote.
The appointment vote held on Friday was held on camera and lasted 10 minutes.
